Whether you are an artist, actor/actress, a company, or an individual wanting to capture, organize, and preserve family memories — you have a story to tell. Let me help you tell that story through video and film production or tape to digital transfers. From pre-production planning all the way through to release, I will translate your thoughts and visions into a concrete expression that can be shared with either a small audience or the world. I have been a videographer for over 30 years, and have enjoyed the study and art of photography for much longer.
I work across many video genres, with a cinematographer/videographers background, an editors eye and a sound tech's ears. Whether you are creating a legal video deposition, trade-show video, short or feature film or a documentary, I can provide script-to-screen solutions with a top-of-the-line professional look and sound. Whether you are creating a legal video deposition, trade-show video, short or feature film or a documentary, I can provide script-to-screen solutions with a top-of-the-line professional look and sound. Whether shooting on location or in a studio, a small one person crew to a large film production I will create the feel that conveys your message.

For over 20 years I have also worked in the Legal Video industry and hold CLVS certification via the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA). In October 2017 I left the independent contracting side and signed on with a great company called ON THE RECORD (Legal Video). This has been a great union and I am excited to be part of this excellent team of Videographers and Trial Technicians. It allows me to free up time to work on my scripts and independent films. Please visit our site and call OTRLV.com for all your legal and corporate video needs.
I was hired to Produce, find talent, a location, capture aka video, and edit a series of knitting videos. The talented Cara Graver of The Cob Studio happened to live nearby and welcomed this unusual and informative project. You can view the other 28 videos at YouTube.com/CFAweiss
I created this back in 2008 with a great deal of humour in mind.
Due to the pandemic of 2020, The Bridge Philly had to have their theatre festival virtual. I was brought on to the project to capture and edit Christine Emmert's "A Year of Blue Jays" directed by her son Alexander Emmert. I used two cameras, wireless and wired mics carefully placed so no one but myself would touch them and Adobe Premiere to edit it all together. We were able to have a small video production during a constraining time in history.
This first video is one made for GreenTV.com 2007.
You can find more of my video work as yu scroll down or on YouTube via @CFAweiss, @GreeenTVcom, @InvictusFilms and @LigeiaTheFilm. I have also shot live for @FirstGlanceFilms Philadelphia fest 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019.
Two other productions that I have Produced, "THE WENDIGO" & "VERMILLION" are part of UK based productions
"GRINDSPLOITATION 1" and "GRINDSPLOITATION 2" at https://troma.vhx.tv/search?q=Grindsploitation
I worked with GreenTV.com in early 2000's. In August 2021 I was asked to help them relaunch with Betsy Rosenberg. We had to start from scratch with YouTube which I have years of experience with. The window to the left goes to the main show with plans of other shows. The interviews are record on zoom, and I edit them down and add in some flair to help with the visual storytelling.
Through the use of Tube Buddy I can see how people view the GreenTV.com videos that I am editing. There is a lot of great information not being noticed due to the more in-depth "Meet the Solutionaries" videos. So, I started creating "Quick Clips" in an effort to pull out the environmentally helpful information that can be shared on more social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, PinTerest, etc and easier for the masses of society to consume in quick chunks.
A mix of zoom interviews with electric car and truck enthusiasts, and live electric car show. In this mix you can see a small sample of my videography and my editing choices when it comes to creating the final product for show. Covering cars, trucks, and motorbikes are a favorite subject of mine, and to see how gas vehicles can be converted to electric is showing how the future is now.
Tell me a little bit about your project. I will get back to you as soon as I can with some ideas of how we can make your story shine. Also reach out to me via my social media links for more in depth sharing of ideas.
